Happy New Year! Happy New Decade!
We have settled ourselves into 2020 and are heading into Tru Thoughts’ third decade looking forward to what’s in store for the new year. J-Felix has kicked off the new decade with the release of “Mind Up feat. Andrew Ashong”, taken from his second album “Whole Again Hooligan” that will be dropping at the start of March, available to pre-order or pre-save now Whole Again Hooligan.
Heading over to the US west coast, expect further singles from San Francisco’s the The Seshen ahead of the release of their third LPCYAN on 28th February, the first of these “Don’t Answer” will land on 15th January with a new video, in the meantime check out the first single from the album “Dive” HERE.
We will have new music this year from Alice Russell who will be performing a ‘snaek peak’ of her new material at the Roundhouse on the 27th Jan as part of the ‘In the Round’ festival, there are tickets available on The Roundhouse website.
Later in the year there will be new music from Sly5thAve, Rodney P, Nikitch & Kuna Maze, WheelUP, Flowdan, Tiawa, Space Captain and the Hot 8 Brass Band, so there’s lots of great music on the horizon and a lot to get excited about.
