Vimbai Mango is a British-Zimbabwean soul singer, producer, and composer. Her music is a rich blend of genres that encapsulate the first-generation immigrant experience, weaving together electronic, African rhythms, jazz instrumentation, and folk-spoken word in both English and Shona. She incorporates traditional African instruments such as the mbira, creating a sound that bridges ancestral influences with modern sonic landscapes. Vimbai’s music is deeply rooted in storytelling, exploring themes of transformation, identity, and cultural fusion.

Hailing from Bristol to Brighton, Zimbabwe to Spain, her music transcends borders, embracing the beauty of cultural hybridity.
