Our Service

These Terms do not form a binding contract between you and us for the purchase and supply of our Products until:

– You have submitted your offer to buy certain Products (your “Order”) using the order facility provided;

–  We notify you by e-mail that your Order has been accepted and we agree to supply those Products to you in accordance with our specified method of delivery. Once a binding contract exists, we will only supply goods or services that conform with your Order and any specific associated offers.

We will use reasonable endeavours to respond to your Order within a reasonable length of time, however our service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and we can make no representation or warranty that the service offered will be accessible, usable by you under any circumstances, or free from error or mistake.

We reserve the right without notice to you, to suspend or alter the operation of the service, at our sole discretion or for any other legal or technical reasons.

In the event of our altering or suspending our service, we will endeavour to offer as much notice as is practicably possible prior to taking any such actions but prior notice may not always be possible for a variety of reasons.

 

Delivery

Products will be delivered to you using our chosen Mail Delivery Service.

Orders will be delivered to you at the address provided by you and entered in to the site checkout during the course of you placing your order.

We shall not be liable for any late delivery of the Products or any loss or damage caused as a result of that delay.

Delivery times may be extended over Bank Holidays or for International deliveries.

 

Cancellation

You will not be able to cancel an order after it has been submitted to us, this is because we may have already started to fulfil it.

 

Returning your order

In the event that the Products contained in your order are damaged or defective, or do not match the description provided by us at the time of your order, you may contact Tru Thoughts and we will advise how to arrange a full refund or replacement.

Products can be sent back to Tru Thoughts within 14 days of receipt by you. Under those circumstances, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price together with the cost of the return postage and packing.

In the event that you return any products to us in accordance with these terms and we are able demonstrate that they were not faulty when received by you, we reserve the right to refuse the offer of a refund or return the products to you and to claim the cost of such return postage from you.

 

Payment

The prices payable for our Products and Services that you order are set out on the Site at the time and point of purchase. If we have under-priced any item on the site by error or mistake, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you of the mistake before your order is accepted.

All prices are expressed inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. You can pay by PayPal and by any Mastercard or Visa credit card or most debit cards.

Your credit or debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure.

Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. You will be charged for items at this time.

 

Refunds on products under promotional offer

Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price or offer at the time of the specific promotion. Your statutory rights are not affected.

These Product Terms are subject to English Judicial and Commercial law.

Disagreements will be solved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement or issue and you want to escalate proceedings, this must be done so within the United Kingdom.
