Internationally acclaimed harpist Alina Bzhezhinska and Ibiza-based producer Tulshi return with a new rework of “Journey Home”, reimagined by Cosmic Analog Ensemble, the brainchild of prolific Lebanese music producer and multi-instrumentalist Charif Megarbane.

Originally a standout moment from their recent collaborative album, “Journey Home” is a poignant meditation on closure and self-discovery, mirroring the arc of the wider project. Reflective and expansive, the track captures the emotional weight of returning to a place that has changed, while quietly questioning whether home is a physical destination or something more internal.

With his inimitable instrumental style, Cosmic Analog Ensemble gently reframes the original idea – stretching the composition and fusing elements of 1960s Italian library music, Middle Eastern psychedelia, afrobeat and hip-hop breaks. The remix leans into analogue textures and warm, undulating rhythms, drawing out the track’s sense of movement while preserving its introspective core. Where the original feels rooted in reflection, this version subtly shifts the perspective outward.

Alina’s harp remains the emotional anchor, its fluid phrasing weaving through the arrangement with clarity and restraint, while Tulshi’s production sensibility continues to underpin the track’s depth and atmosphere. In the hands of Cosmic Analog Ensemble, these elements are expanded and recontextualised, offering a version that feels both immersive and quietly propulsive. “I love Alina´s harp playing and the invitation to make a remix for one of her tracks was a unique opportunity to play around with the sonics, adding various instruments and the freedom to take the track into a different direction” Cosmic Analog Ensemble
